Ability to manage schedules, set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures and present alternative insurance solutions to fulfill the needs of the prospects and clients. Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary:
Conciencious individual to manage and service a book of business (middle to large accounts). Demonstrates clear knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage. Utilizes risk management approach in maintaining, expanding, and servicing medium-large accounts. Able to work closely with producer on handling all inside service work including: marketing, renewals, and claim processing.

Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing an assigned book of business
Required Competencies:
Good written, verbal and computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks, organizational and time management skills Detail oriented and accurate Ability to establish a rapport with company underwriters and clientele in a professional manner English required; Spanish a plus. Minimum 440 license required; a 220 license is preferred.
